Floors must be serviced with deep cleaning once per year by Gorsegner Brothers Hardwood Floors
- An initial dry mopping is done to remove major debris and particles. Then, a deep cleaning machine is used to get into the small areas that dusting can’t.
- Benefits: The most cost effective way to clean your floors. No need to leave your home.
- Time: Floors will be ready immediately
Floors must be cleaned & recoated every 3-5 years depending on wear & tear by Gorsegner Brothers Hardwood Floors.
- Purpose: Replaces the main layer of finish on your floors.
- Process: Floor is deep cleaned, rinsed and prepped. A new coat of finish is then applied.
- Benefits: The most cost effective way to refinish your floors. No need to leave your home and floors will be ready overnight.
This warranty is made subject to some limitations:
- The Finish must be applied in indoor residential areas only.
- Warranty is void if a stain color other than Bona Dri~fast Stain is used prior to application of Finish
- Surfaces must be maintained as directed by Gorsegner Brothers(refer to our maintenance website) www.gorsegnerbrothers.com
- Scratches caused by pets, use of shoe spikes, water damage, scraping, adhesive tape, or moving heavy furniture are all excluded.
- Scratches or wear occurring during the first 30 days of curing time are excluded from this warranty.
- Placement of rugs before 30 days may cause oxidation of wood floor or discolor the wood.
- Use felt pads or glides on chairs and other furniture to prevent scratching.
- All Bona cleaning products must be purchased directly from Gorsegner Brothers Hardwood Floors.
- Wear through must extend to greater than 15% of the surface area of the floor. Gloss reduction is not considered wear through.
