Gorsegner Bros refinished our hard wood floors both first and second floor. They did an amazing job at a very fair price and the floors look new!!! They were patient answering all our questions during the job and also provided suggestions!!! The work was done on time. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

They had our old flooring torn up and the new floor installed in less than 48 hours which was a plus because losing use of our main room in the house for a long period of time would have been a real headache! I used this company and found the entire experience to be a pleasure. All the work was done to my satisfaction with minimal inconvenience. My entire first floor had to be ripped and replaced. I have had my floors done twice before, by other contractors, and went through many issues which were absent with Gorsegner. I am still admiring the floors today. The dustless system is a miracle. After the sanding I could run a finger anywhere and not find any dust.

Gorsegner Bros installed, stained and finished a hardwood floor in my den. There was a problem in the way the floor was sanded such that the stain was darker in several areas along the edges. Gorsegner immediately re-sanded the entire floor and the result is perfect. Errors can occur with any work being done, but Gorsegner’s customer service and willingness to immediately correct a problem to the customer’s satisfaction is greatly appreciated. I will certainly use them again without hesitation.

We hired Gorsegner Brothers to refinish a bedroom floor that suffered water damage during Superstorm Sandy. They did such a phenomenal job and were so incredibly professional that we had all of the floors in our house refinished by their company. Everyone, from the estimators, to the office staff and the work teams were courteous, professional and efficient. Diego, the leader of our work team, was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful with choice of color and how to go about each phase of the sanding/refinishing process (sanding straight line areas of the job rather than each room as a whole). They worked long hours and were meticulous about their work.
